Can be integrated into the free flow conveyer system.
It is comprised of the vibrator unit and the control unit.
The up and down movement of the vibration table is generated by air cylinders. The control unit is of the stand-alone type
Suitable for vibration tests conducted in temperature controlled rooms.
The vibration unit can be placed in the chamber and can operate within a temperature range of -5℃ to +50℃.
Control unit equipped with a remote control device and containing the control and electrical components for the inline and separate type Testers |

What is resonance? When vibration of a certain frequency occurs it can cause an article to move violently leading to stress (acceleration) that is greater than the externally applied vibration. This effect is called resonance, the underlying cause of most problems affecting articles in transit.
Please note that depending on your connection speed, it may take up to 5 minutes for the movie to load. |
The demonstration shows the vibration table performing automatic sweeping within a frequency range of 10Hz to 60Hz, with each of the jigs resonating at different frequencies.
A few seconds of resonance testing during product inspection will enable the detection of faulty products.
In addition, by applying a large number of frequency components to products under test, it can simulate the vibration and movement of products during transportation, helping to identify possible problems.
